                                    CHECKLIST

First: ensure the safety of people and pets! And call 911 if appropriate

Second: contact your insurance company

     Provide unit #, description of the event, pictures (if available) and contact information.

     Telephone: 416-630-1234 (Mon-Fri 9-4): Leave a detailed message for Diane.

             (After hours: press “3” to speak to the after-hours contact.)

Stove-top/oil fire: NEVER add water to an oil fire!!!  Turn the burner off, Cover pot (with lid or damp towel)

Building fire:  Leave the building, call 911 and alert your neighbours.

Extreme wind/storm damage:

Leave the building and call 911

Flooding/burst pipes:

Shut off the main water valve and gas if you can do so safely.

Break-in: If you suspect a break-in has taken place or is still in progress, do not enter!  Call 911 immediately.
