A crew has arrived (Sept. 22) to bury the main cable that runs from the box outside unit 58 to the box outside of unit 5.  Are the other 'temporary' cable hook-ups soon to be completed?

 Re: New UPGRADE TO TV CABLE/INTERNET CONTRACT WITH ROGERS Starting June 19th, 2025.  GUIDE FOR UPGRADING BELOW......

June 2025........ We have an amendment to our service agreement with Rogers.  At no additional cost, the present TV cable/internet package has been upgraded.  It provides the same services with slightly higher maximum download speed at slightly lower costs ($50.00 vs $55.00/month, included of course in the monthly fee). As before this is a "bulk" contract, where the same service is guaranteed to all 85 units. This cost is substantially better than anything currently available rom any other provider.  

More details are shown below, including the steps you need to take to upgrade your personal links, modem, etc. The present contract was scheduled for termination May 31, 2027, but the new one kicks in two years earlier and guarantees the same price until 2030

Had problems?

It's important to contact Rogers EVERY TIME you find the TV signal is faulty.  Some residents have found that the company doesn't follow through with repairs or notification quickly enough.  

You can call them at 1-888-ROGERS1 or 1-866-764-3771, or go to their website and leave a message or chat with someone. And please let the Management office know that you've had to contact them.
