NEW CHANGES PENDING TO CONTRACT FOR TV AND INTERNET

2024 Annual General Meeting
Thankyou to all who attended through Zoom. This was the once-a-year event for us all to participate directly in our CONDO affairs. (Minutes from this AGM have been assembled and are being prepared (subject to final acceptance and adoption at the next AGM) for posting in a week of so on the "AGM" page here ).
Keep watch on cars & property!
One of our owners reported that they caught someone on camera at 4:10am trying to open cars in the driveway, and there was a car driving slowly next to him. Make sure not to leave anything valuable in the cars and make sure they’re locked. Last year we had a car stolen at night - even while on camera!
