NEW POWER OUTAGE RE-SCHEDULED FOR JULY 2nd.
This is to allow Entera (sub-contractor for Toronto Hydro) to connect all 85 units to the new service. No reason given for the change. Make other arrangements for power

Electrical Transformers at SSP have been changed.
Toronto Hydro have installed several small above-ground
transformers at Silver Shadow Path.

2024 Annual General Meeting
Thank you to all who attended through Zoom. This was the once-a-year event for us all to participate directly in our CONDO affairs. (Minutes from this AGM have been posted (subject to final acceptance and adoption at the next AGM) on the "AGM" page here ).
Keep watch on cars & property!
One of our owners reported that they caught someone on camera at 4:10am trying to open cars in the driveway, and there was a car driving slowly next to him. Make sure not to leave anything valuable in the cars and make sure they’re locked. Last year we had a car stolen at night - even while on camera!
